Who's behind it?
Jobspace is built by the Skillspace team – a company operating since 2019, with over 450 clients: from public institutions (Małopolska, AGH University, Kraków Airport) to large corporations (including LOT, Heineken, Nokia, MBE).
Michał Badura
An AGH graduate who has worked with universities for years and knows their specifics well. He runs workshops in the AGH Employer Branding postgraduate programme and, with EB companies and agencies (including Higher, MBE, Sarota), creates employer branding films matched to employers' EVP. Previously Head of Marketing at HCM Deck – an HR-tech ranked among the 10 best Polish startups in Europe.

A full-stack developer and systems architect who builds entire applications on his own. He programmed from scratch the system used by the largest auction house in Poland, as well as his own platforms: artemspace.pl (including for LOT Polish Airlines) and panopin.pl. Creator of the first virtual VR gallery in Poland.
